Keybo Entertainment LLC (“Keybo Entertainment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates keyboent.com (the “Site”) and provides DJ, MC, and event entertainment services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that information.
By using the Site or our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit an inquiry, booking request, or contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Name and contact details (email, phone)
- Event details (date, type, venue, guest count)
- Billing information (collected and processed by Intuit QuickBooks; we do not store full payment card numbers)
- Any message content or special requests you provide
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our third-party providers may automatically collect:
- Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
- Usage data (pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)
Information from third parties
We may receive publicly available reviews about our Services from Google Maps via the Google Places API. We do not collect private information about you from third parties without your consent.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide quotes
- Book, confirm, and deliver event services
- Create and send invoices, and process payments via Intuit QuickBooks
- Send transactional emails about your event
- Improve the Site and our Services
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
- Measure ad performance and reach similar potential customers (see Section 5)
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers and partners that help us run the business:
- Intuit QuickBooks— invoicing and payment processing. See Intuit's Privacy Statement.
- Resend— transactional email delivery for inquiry confirmations and event communication.
- Google (Maps & Places API)— displays reviews and location information on our Site.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok — advertising pixels and conversions APIs for measuring and targeting ads. See Section 5 for details and opt-out.
- Vercel— web hosting infrastructure.
- Legal and safety— we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
4. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including tax and bookkeeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).
5. Cookies, Pixels & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and measure ad performance. This includes:
- Meta Pixel — tracks Site events for Facebook and Instagram ad measurement and targeting
- TikTok Pixel — tracks Site events for TikTok ad measurement and targeting
- Functional cookies — needed for the Site to work (e.g., form submissions)
You can opt out of personalized advertising:

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Payment details are processed by Intuit QuickBooks under their PCI-compliant infrastructure; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
